Hmm, that's weird. I put 'em up on ImageShack so we wouldn't have this problem...
(Links and alt. files removed to free up space on server) Anyways, working on comic four right now. Something phil_mike said this morning inspired me for a new cameo...

Nicely done, phil_mike. How did you come up with those lyrics? Quite hilarious.

ARF: Excellent timing, too!
Skyshot: Well that was... unexpected. Hehehe.

Oh, blast. Just realized I forgot to add sleeves to the chocobo poses... Oh well. Not like I'm ever gonna be on a chocobo... right?

The Obfuscated One
|
I've just made upgrades to my own sprites.
anyone wanting to use my sprites now has a choice between listing the entire chain beginning with captain Snes for the old ones or simply using the ones I just made.

Well done, RickZarber. I like the sprite of me in the last two panels, although I personally would've smoothed out the shading a bit. No complaints, though.
I've started work on the next comic in FW's series, since he apparently needs me to do it; it'll be up soon enough.

Smoothed? Howso?
Generally, so far at least, I don't really tweak the sprites too much other than basic poses... Yours is complex; it frightens me. :p

I would have made the transition from the top part to the bottom more "complex," to borrow from your post, instead of a straight line at the cutoff. It's only noticeable when you look for it, though, so I won't insist.
And it's intentionally complex. I've never seen anyone else do that to their sprites, and I'm not sure if they know how. Or care. Or have thought of it. Skyshot...subpixelated with pride.

Hmm. On closer inspection, I believe that's actually a glitch...
Cause the border's cut off right there, too. I'll touch it up and repost it. EDIT: Done. All (or mostly) better now.
