Well, if you really get into the nitty, gritty of it, wasn't Sigma just a Maverick Hunter that got taken over by some virus from Zero or something? Haven't played past X3 but that's what I hear. That said, turning the Dr. Cain sprite into Dr. McCain does sound good.

Every reploid except for X was built by Dr. Cain ripping off Dr. Light's design. Therefore, there's no way he isn't responsible for Sigma.

BaRockman X is obvious.

Biden is the commander of the Maverick Hunter forces, he talks up how great the Maverick Hunters are especially because they have such shining examples as BaRockMan X.

Zero is actually Senator Hillary Clinton, the sometimes rival but still support character that occasionally gets brainwashed and has to have sense knocked back in her.

Dr. Weil (from BaRockman Zero) is John McCain, he's old and never dies.

Omega is Sarah Palin, the I'm just like Hillary Zero but not really.

George W. Bush is that throwaway villain from each X game trying to convince you that he's responsible for the situation when really its

Sigma Cheney plotting from behind the scenes and creating chaos to further his own plans.
