It wouldn't take weeks. They could conquer some pretty strong instinct in Animorphs in under an hour. I wouldn't even have to control the mind, just guide it. Don't eat my allies, instead eat my enemies, and then let the werewolf mind do it's thing. Vace is fairly strong willed, so he could at least guide the Werewolf mind at first, then as time passes he could fully control it.
And I agree on the no lightning powers in werewolf form. EDIT: That is a full fledged werewolf, I was talking about what a Half-Werewolf would look like if I used the potion that way.

Animorphs... Puh...
And even then, they are just turning into a normal animal for an hour (Or two, I forgot). A werewolf is a magically enhanced killing machine. That, and half of the werewolf stories don't have any control at all (Like Van Helsing). Usually if there is control, the werewolf isn't as strong as a raging werewolf. Human with electricity is more useful then a werewolf.

oh! i thought a full werewolf was like a werewolf in Wolf's Rain. a total wolf. but that's cool too. you read animorphs?! i used to read them then i just tired of it. we could do the werewolf thing that way though, it seems more practical.

Unfortunately the Animorphous series ended I recommend picking up the last book #56 or so... anyone in Wolf's Rain their Wolves hiding out as humans at times not actual Warewolves.

If they don't mind, then I guess I could have Oslon teleport them there.

good. and we should just stick to the thing where as over time the werewolf begins to control the wolf side and finally is capable of being a wolf at anytime, not just during a full moon or so.

It was two hours that they could morph.
And a 9 foot tall beast that can rip through steel like it's paper and hurl one ton stone blocks like they're toys isn't useful? Man, I wish I had gotten that memo... And Vace could just warn his allies to get back, and unleash the werewolf if he really needed to if a raging one is more powerful then a controlled one. Otherwise it would just be a bonus at night that gives him a second side, and makes him more flexible. He can use his lightning powers by day, or gain super-strength by night. That is why I posed the question to Kamifuko however, of whether or not a werewolf could be controlled at all... EDIT: As to the teleportation thing, once Dante gets on it should move at a good rate, so maybe it can wait...
