Is this really a long setup? The time passing between the setup and the punchline is certainly some kind of record, and a landmark in the category "comedic timing", but unless you can show how everything that happened between then and now contributed to building up to the punchline, I don't think it counts as "setup".

Nitpicking aside, good job. Thanks for all the chuckles, giggles and deep-throated roaring evil laughs which I don't say enough. Is this the end now? We should have a wake.
