Oh man, I laugh at your pain. Concrete Shot makes it so easy, you don't have to use Rush at all. Also, I lied when I said it was easy - on the screen with three magma jets you have to jump and shoot all three essentially just before they slam into your face.

I didn't find it difficult at all, honestly. I sat on the ladder and watched it a couple times, realised what I had to do, then did it. I didn't even die.

Took me a couple tries, but once you get the timing down it's kinda hard to screw that one up.

Part of me wants to say "Ha ha I'm better at Megaman than you guys," but that sounds kinda dickish so I'll just say... Once you figure it out the first time it becomes much easier. It's actually surprising just how quickly and smoothly you can move through the stages without stopping once you figure out what weapons to use where.

[EDIT TIEM] Protoman and Endless Stage DLC are available today.

In addition to the usual stuff we know about ol' Blues, I've also noticed that he can only have TWO bullets on the screen at once (instead of the usual three), and if you fire a charge shot you won't be able to fire again till it leaves the screen.

Also, he has the Jet available from the beginning, and no, he does not innately have the Energy Balancer.

Endless attack will come later.

That helped me beat him. I got to the final boss, got to what I assume was his final form, his third one, and died with him having one hit left to die. I had used up all my tanks and right now I want to cry. Why, MegaMan? Why?!

Ugh. Endless stage is brutal. But I love it all the same.

My current record is 120 screens, but the high score list allows up to six digits, so... yeah.
