Um Dante I am not sure how to explain further. Since this is a d20 RP built from scratch most of it, things like spell cost and experience, will be balance during game play. I can't think of anyother part that was unclear so if you dont mind could you ask specific questions on what you are unsure of?

Could you maybe explain how rolls and what have you work, Aero? Like maybe post up an example battle for ground and ship (or even just a round or two, whatever is necessary to hit as many points as possible without being too troublesome) explaining the rolls as they go?

warning this is a pain to read. For the record, unless otherwise stated, a natural 20 will deliver a critical hit of x2 damage. I might add fumble (roll of 1), not sure yet.
ok then this is a few rounds of how a ship battle works. Remember these are purely examples. I will name them ship 1 and 2, using a melee weapon 1 attacks 2 with basic grappler arm. (following is my roll and calculations) basic grappler arm has an accuracy of 15 (meaning you need a 15 or higher to hit. 14 (1d20) +1 (warriors bonus to accuracy) +2 (modifier, in this case the space forces computer) =17, attack hits ((this was all done without adding in ships modifiers)). Grappler arm has a +0, ship has a strength of +2 and the warrior adds another 1. So 3+(roll of d20, lets say 10)-(ships armor, lets say 1)=12hp of damage to the ship. Melee combat, characters simular to the above only character instead of ship. Ranged combat again same but with blasters instead of melee weapons. Hacking/spell casting/caster If you try to hack a low security computer (25) to disable a camera, you succeed if you do the following. 5 (1d20) +3 [hacker bonus] + 22 [computer use skill] = 30 hack succeeds. You of course can attempt harder hacks on the same devise but you must get a higher score. spell casting and casters will use same system as combat except they will use wisdom instead of strength/dexterity. those are rough examples. If anyone has any tips or complaints I am willing to make some alterations. Just remember those are examples, stats are subject to change.

Also: Cyberware list (reflex/strength enhancing limbs, eyes for accuracy, awareness, or just seeing, basic non-bonus [other than maybe using it as a shield] cybernetics, are just a few ideas) with cost... and then I think once Dante gets his guy up (who I believe will be pirate), we'll have 3 outlaws and 3 pirates... and I'm thinking that maybe just making the space forces NPC would be ok?
Considering they work like a military organization/the police it might be best to have them be NPCs. There aren't any space force members in the anime that stand out except for one saurian that only manages to smack Gene because he's disarmed and they're outnumbered. They also seem like they'd be more likely to drop a bunch (20?) of no-name troops with high equipment and good training instead of three to five actual elites. And you'd have to have at least a few NPC officers ordering the players around, anyway.

Name: Serra Keto
Gender: Female Appearance: Serra walks easily on her concealed cyberlegs, wearing a functional but form-fitting jumpsuit zipped all the way up. Her fur is calico in color and her eyes are the deepest, piercing blue. She's usually found playing with a ball of string, either bouncing it from hand to hand, or making a cat's cradle out of it. History: Serra's mom was a whore, and it was her intense desire that her daughter not have to go the same route she did. At an early age, Serra was given over to a dojo, and for most of her teenage life she learned the precise way to kick a man in order to shatter his bones. Eventually, she and her sensei parted ways, and she hired herself out as a mercenary to support her mother, who was now old and wanted nothing more than to die surrounded by her adopted children. She eventually hooked up with Alex and Abel, and frequently remits half of her share to her parents, though she never explains why she always has so little money. Often borrows small change from them and forgets to return it.
