I'm Asian....well I fit into the stereotype huh? I just love DDR I can't help it!It's so much fun! I can do 8 step songs! But I usually almost trip everytime, my friends love to make fun of me....-_-;;

I wish we ad a DDR club here....

Anyone ever play Para Para Pardise? :rmage:

I'm not Asian, and the people who introduced me too DDR aren't Asian. AND, the best DDR player in our club (who can get 200 combos and AA on all the Paranoias on super reatarded mode) isn't Asian either.

Oh, and me being in the DDR club doesn't mean I'm good. I can generally do 6 step songs on standard in the arcade, but it gets demoted to 5 steps at the club because I tend to slide the pad and myself into a wall each time.

What do you mean in "weird dances"? I think people trying to dance to DDr with looking cool are funny, but if you're smiling and having fun it's not that bad :wmage:

Yeah, I've played the game. I suck at it. I'm more of a Guitar Freaks and DanceDance player myself (although I don't play DDR that much anymore).
And by "weird dances" I mean...well...it's hard to explain exactly....
Do a google search for ParaPara Videos to see what I mean...
The people that learn those dances scare me...

I'm not Asian, and I can only do about 4-6 step songs, p[lus I haven't played in half a year

but it's really fun!

I'm not Asian... there were very few back where I'm originally from... I'm was from Southern Mississippi, so yeah -_-

I can do just about any standard song. Heavy... I can do sevens fairly well... eights with a bit more difficulty... nothing above an eight though. I would LOVE to learn Break Down! on heavy... is one of my favorite songs. I would pride myself back home by doing it freestyle on standard ^-^

I still haven't checked to see if there are any machines around here in Monroe... I'm really hoping I won't have to drive all the way to either Jackson or Baton Rouge just to play on the actual machine. But you better believe I'm going back home for Christmas and playing it a WHOOOOOLE lot! :wmage:
