I reckon that as the next strip will be strip 800 them mysterious explosion will be some kind of massive plot twist, like Thief discovering he can use the Leifin supermagicks. Then of course strip 801 will be all about why the plot twist of 800 couldn't have happened it'll be a skillful retraction of the explosive events of strip 800.

I wonder if we'll see that image of that uneducated chap dismayed at Brian's ability to write more 8 Bit Theatre than he could hope to ever read.
