Went back to Tenpenny towers after negotiating the ghouls inside. Found a distinct lack of non-ghouls. Found bodies and a feral in the basement. I was actually kind of disappointed in Roy. So now there's no one living in Tenpenny. Why'd you have to go and mess it all up, Roy?

In all honesty, when Gustavo told you Roy was damn close to turning feral himself, he wasn't kidding.

I wish they could have let you be abit more specific on who lives and who dies. There were some in the tower I legitimately liked and during the invasion made it a point to not shoot them (not that it helped, but I wasn't gonna be the one to kill them) and everyone but Roy was ok. No matter what the choice was lesser of two evils, help the short tempered jerk or the snooty bigots.

Not really.

If you have high speech you can convince the snooty bigots to let the ferals live there and everyone lives happily ever after.

You can even kill some snooty bigots, or rob their stores to scare them off instead of talking to them.

small problem with that apparently. Wish I would have known I could rob/kill them instead of convincing them, as they were the ones I hated the most

So I just did Blood Ties and am immensely dissapointed that I can't become a full-fledged cannibal. Did I miss something? Also does anyone know where the heck to find a motorcycle handle, I need it to build another shish.

Huh. I wonder how long it took them to do that. I went there a few times after and everyone was fine living together happily.

Just went back now at end game, and sure enough. Everyone was dead.

Roy, however was not feral.

...He's dead now, though. Along with everyone else.

There's this store, this awesome fucking store, called Lucky's or something like that, around the Ten Penny tower area and it's stuffed with all kinds of misc. junk used to create the custom weapons.

It's also got the best shades in the game.

Yeah, that's exactly what I did. My speech was 100 when I found Tenpenny Towers. I was going back to tell Dashwood I'd found Argyle. Roy wasn't feral, he was just evil. His compatriots are actually the ones who sent me from "give Roy a stern talking to" to "shoot everyone."
