I figured out why Warbot can pull off amazing movement feats off panel, like getting on an airplane and holding a broomstick.

See, he actually does have pretty good motor skills, as well as super-powered Deathmachine senses so he knows we're watching him. And, because of his crippling social awkwardness, he can't do those things on panel because he knows we're there. That's why he can do them while he's off panel.
