Role Playing Story, Chapter 3

"I see you're confused. You're also incorrect. We drow aren't suppose to have feelings on the field of battle. We're taught how to set them aside, making us better killers. It's an ancient drow custom to meditate before a battle, therefore our thoughts are seperated and isolated from the rest our bodies. It allows us to concentrate solely on the battle at hand. It's considered somewhat crude by the other elves, but the drow do not care."

[Bombshell]

"You always have to give the facts right? Am I right? You piece of s*** you stupid dumb ass mother f*****. This is real crap you bastard. Why don't we just resuce your sister already alright! WTF?"

[Dragonsbane]

Delmenon nodded approvingly "that's true.......no one is nothing, even the weakest person has some part, though it may be small, in the fate of the universe........you have played a part of the side of evil, and now you play a part on the side of good....."

[slightly aboveaverage man]

"thus is the beauty of the Balance of the Earth," Jericho nodded sagely. "When one power assumes control, the other will find some way to sway the balance of power. in these times, the balance has swung to the side of evil, and a lesser evil has devoted himself to good, tipping the scales once more."

He stuck his hand out, to be stacked upon by the other's, looking at each one in turn.

"Ice to undo Fire,
Earth to Wind,
Lightning to Ice,
Wind to Water,
Fire to Earth,
And Shadow to Light.
One each to balance out another."

[Bombshell]

"So Jericho are you saying if he's good he's no longer shadow and he's light. Otherwise I'm confuesed very much." Ziff still was confused by hearing Jericho talk. But he at least Ziff understood each balence out each other. "Er... Talos would you turn into light if you joined the good side. Since good can't have shadow on their side?"

"No, I still have my shadow powers. I'm merely using them for a different cause." Talos looked at his hand and conjured a Shadow Shuriken. "Good. I'll need these powers to infiltrate the Temple of Eternal Evil," Talos said with a satisfied smirk.

[Bombshell]

"Yeah let's break in now really because there are other things to do like destroy the one's that are still evil. Alright. Now let's charge in there." Ziff was still very worried about what dangers lie ahead. He fear these dangers would be very hard to pass through. Also Ziff had woundered if the evils were expecting us. After all Ziff did battle the evil of fire and if he's really a live he will be able to sense my powers. If so then he will be expecting us. Ziff thought while he heard the others talk.

[Lord Hisstor]

Above the them the black bird took off flapping up through trees and into the sky, flying into the distance with its skrieking cries.

"Shadow isn't evil by its nature. Nothing natural is evil by its nature, and shadows are a natural byproduct of light. It is like anything else......you can drown in water, but the fish that live there provide villages with food; the Earth yields up crops, metals, gems, and other things, but an earthquake or cave-in can be deadly; fire can burn you, but it can keep you warm........for every element there is a good and an evil side." Delmenon said, understanding what was going on.

[slightly aboveaverage man]

"The barbarian is well on his way to being a believer in balance." Jericho remarked. "Truely Wisdom comes easily to you."

He turned to the Talos. "You are a good man, Dark one, your brother was a good man, let us hope the will of good men will be enough to sway this terrible evil that has been turned upon us. You say you know the way, Lead us to their Lair, oh walker of the Black Shadows."
