And hopefully it stays just that. Would be nice for everyone not named Goku, Vegeta, or Bills to not be useless.

I really liked how Resurrection of F had almost everyone have their moment to shine. Even Roshi got to down a few mooks.

Last I checked, it generally didn't matter what your power level was; Krilin's Destructo Disc cut you up just the same. It was a pretty decent equalizer through most of DBZ for him.

To be fair, It didn't work well for Frieza either when he started using them either and said villain was using an improved version that he could effectively remote control and boomerang and he was nearly equal in power to Goku at the time. Granted, his own arrogance and carelessness made them backfire on him.

I am like, 90% certain that Krillin once hit Cell with the destructo disc and it did nothing because Cell's power level was just THAT HIGH
