Offically "Down with the Sickness"
|
It was unfortinate, but the Yellow Mage slept through the rest of the play, and most of the other going ons too. Waking up, he pulled the robe away from his eyes and looked around, seeing no stage, and no people. "Well... this is great!" He jumped out from his port a box-seat and burned it using a simple FIRE spell. He looked around and wondered just what to do next. "Hm..."

H4x.m4g3 rubbed his head furiously how to get rid of the effects. Technically all his *magic* were codes so despells wouldn't work. And the only way to undo a code was to use a code menu, but he left his at home thinking he wouldn't need to turn off any codes while he was here.
"I mean who turns off codes anyway" He sighed again trying to think of another method. He could always use the remove all codes code but he didn't want his other important codes to be turned off. He rubbed his brow again. Even changing forms wouldn't take off the illusion, just change his appearance to males from a tetris block to his normal self. He came up with one ideal he would have to put in the code till he past the system limitations and was reset to default. *D, L, L, D, R, A, B, B, A.* *D, L, L, D, R, A, B, B, A.* *D, L, L, D, R, A, B, B, A.* *D, L, L, D, R, A, B, B, A.* *D, L, L, D, R, A, B, B, A.* He waited... finally he turned back into his human form slightly more attractive still though. "Finally..." he says and fell backward turning back into his NES Controller form resting and waiting for someone to pick him up. |

Thaumaturge sighed. It had been fun, but Cloud did have a point. He dispelled the illusion, returning to his normal self.
"Very well, then. If we're going on a quest, there's no need for me to be something other than myself. What's the plan?"

"Bar, drinks, Highwind, Afterlife, kill things, save the girl...when has an epic plan been anything else?" Dragonsbane replied with a grin.

Then in a style completely unique to him, Sithdarth appeared about 2 iinches above everyones head and landed with a thud in the sand right in front of the group. "You know I'm begining to think there is something strange about the island. But count me in for the adventure. I should be able to arrange near instant transport to anywhere. I even have ways of crossing dimnesional boundries if it comes to that." While talking he stood up and brushed himself off then handed RD's device back. "All fixed just it only has juice enough for one person at a time. Thus I will have to rely on other methods if we are taking a group."

SAAM reached down and picked H4X up. "There you go old boy." he said as he hauled the man off the floor. "Now what's this I hear about alcoholic beverages and women of the female pursuasion?"

He turned to Sithdarth. "Both Dragonsbane and I are capable of moving between the worlds, so we should be able to help with transportation concerns."

Dragonsbane nodded, "I can open a Gate...but we're taking the Highwind, too. SAAM, H4x, sorry to dissapoint you, but the girl is already taken." he shrugged, smiling slightly, "Thaumaturge...the best plans are made once we know exactly what we're dealing with. Until then, all we have is an outline."

RD patted Thaumaturge's hand. "It's okay, Thaum...you're more cute and cartoony this way."
The young woman began to pace back and forth as she tried to formulate a plan. "SithDarth, I know you've had mixed success with experiments of this nature, but what if we were to attach this device to the Highwind, and feed our magical energy into it? I would say it's doomed to failure, EXCEPT that I always have a few focusing crystals with me. Never know when you might need a little more focus...anyway, I was able to use the device as a crude sort of amplifier for my ability to track magickal energy, so maybe we could re-calibrate it to track, y'know, PURE energy. Like holy-pure. I'm sure Cloud will testify there's no one else quite like Aeris anywhere, so it could make our task a lot simpler. That, and the limited teleportation powers might be strengthened enough to move the whole ship between worlds, so there's less risk of us getting separated, and I definitely do not want to leave someone stranded in an alternate dimension, and just think how wicked cool it would be to have a dimension-hopping airship! Anyway, I think we can do it, especially with the aid of the Plot Device," At this she beamed happily at CT, "and all our 1337 m4g3 sk1llz." "Whoo, that was a mouthful. Anyway, whatever the case, it's getting late, and that's a plan for tomorrow. Is there a hotel or something here? Is it expensive? Is it maybe attatched to this bar I keep hearing about? What are, ah," She made a conscious effort to avert her gaze from CT and DB, which was, as usual, a little more obvious than she'd intended, "Everyone's plans for the night?"
