Now the exiles (or at least that exile) can stop sitting at the computer and do stuff involving their new dog-base.
And it appears that John is gonna wreck somebody's shit now. He sees that he's "dead" and now he's the freakin' focal point of wind powers. And Dave needs to give John his Boonbank back so he can buy enough fraymotifs to wreck the medium twice over. |

Is pretty depressing.
For all intents and purposes, WV's kid just died and he can't do jack shit about it. He failed again. |

It's like the universe itself finally got sick of John's shitty-ass Vriska duds.

I think Hussie stated in his forumspring that it was more subtle than this. Terezi's dragon was already guiding her around the world of non-sight in her dreams, so instructing her to look up and open her eyes might not have been out of character, even if it happened to be against better judgment. So, I don't think Tavros can necessarily make targets to do things they'd never do, but he is able to direct them toward ends they never intended.

Tavros's power has subtle applications which Vriska was able to exploit.
TBH I was thinking Aslan.

Stone Table. Sounds about right.
So, according to the Formspring, Quest Bed deaths are followed by a Quest Bed waking on the Battlefield. ...I'm starting to think that Aradia didn't kill Vriska in Make Her Pay, since the waking of Vriska's dreamself there does not mesh with a quest bed death, as shown here and described there. I think she survived, then went out to find her quest bed and die there. Heck, she may well have tried to get Tavros to kill her on her Quest Bed. He probabably "wussed" out. |
