Good to see some new blood 'round here. I's a likins whats I's a seeins.

Back to topic, kind've an inside WoW guild thing. We have a feral druid who is known for his spaceouts and 'helmet' moments. Did it in opencanvas on account of this craptacular computer not being able to handle photoshop. (Oh how I greatly dislike OC, even if the latest version is significantly better than the previous versions...it's still a cheap knockoff of corel painter and photoshop. The disgraceful illegitimate child that came to be via a party and way too much booze.)

Didn't clean it up, touch up, hell...even finish it because when I 'finished' it was 3:00am and was really sick of OC.

Savage Thinking - Holy crap that's awesome. I can't help but love the guy with his neck around the tree. That is awesome. I love the style.
Salvador Dali's work has always grabbed my attention, so I wanted to base that drawing around a few of his concepts (like how certain things look like they're melting, kinda).

Fisi-Visi:
I especially like the fourth picture. Heheh... >>

CelesJessa:
Main thing that stands out to me is the dissapearance of the jaw bone. Like it slowly works its way up to the ear without any distinction. Also, the left eye seems to have been pushed towards the ear. It's really a problem I've had to fix a lot when I start drawing people with the eyes, but I think the sketch overall is really cool.

Love the shading and the drawing of the individual hair strands.

Grandmaster_Skweeb:
I've never had any experience with OC, but I've never really heard any good things about it, so it was one of those things I steered away from.

The lion looks cool (with the helmet, it looks like it has a man-beard), but the right rear leg bothers me. I know this was to be a basic sketch, but I think that it could've been moved over to the left (lion's left) a bit. Also, the tail's positioning looks to be a bit off. This I'm not so sure of, so it could be just me.

Drew one of my original characters looking bored. 'Cause that's how I felt when I drew it.(Btw she's a wolf-girl, not a cat-girl.)

You know...

I don't know, sometimes I worry my ideas are too awesome and it will somehow have adverse effects on the universe or my own psyche. Its like, you can't have too much of any one thing in one place. At a certain energy point, reality begins to warp. Its like how Dr. McNinja's sever was down for a while, because it collapsed due to the excess awesome. I don't have failsafes like that.

TDK, slap a patent on that thing right now and get a whole bunch made, you will be rich beyond your wildest dreams. People can't go wrong with a Bear Spear.

In other news, Fisi I shake with jealous (yet not malicious) rage at your exceptionally fancy concept art. ^o^ Celes, that portrait seems to capture the moody and brooding essence of the human soul, very deep. Skweeb, your lion is cute and I would very much enjoy being able to pet him (or her, if it's a her. Just covering my bases). And Dragon-Elf, I don't... I don't believe I've seen your work before, but I say kudos to you. Your chocobo is choco-licious and "Bored" looks every bit of it.

I declare... high fives all around!

I'll see if I can get my DM to make the bearspear an item in D&D. There's already a couple of items that create animals which I intend to use as grounds to argue for this.

I WANT ONE.

My wolf-girl again. Drawen in the chibi-ness that sweatdropping sometimes brings about. I was testing out three different "sweatdrop looks" for her. Guess the emotion that caused the sweatdrop. The top was is the easiest.

I've gotten my first chance to mess around with a tablet. Here's the result:

A sketch of Alucard.

It could use some cleaning up. I might do it later.
