He did in this game. There was an on going argument about it and even the GO allowed a vote to be cast, but, that didn't have any relevance.

It was Incendius's rules and he said the BG blocked cultifying. And it did.

Mes is right, night 1 hit. Got lucky as hell and still screwed up. I would say that it sucks this game died, but I got killed in my sleeping hours so...
