I'm glad ya'll liked it, and hope that Krylo will take the joke well. Hopefully by bawling his eyes out.

What brought this on? I honestly can't remember. I thought of it sometime last weekend, and only got around to finishing it today. I think I was trying to figure out a way of getting more mileage out of the practice I got of drawing Mauve in the last comic, and it spiraled out of control.

I can tell you that everyone's character was based on costume, not on personality (mostly because, having never played DQ8, I don't really know the characters). Krylo... he's only Jessica because he's easy to draw and I needed someone to fill that spot. Also, floating skulls don't have chests.

That I know of...

Hammers are fun.

And if CT's girl was about to get married and he had to get in, I'd be MORE than willing to punch out a guy with a sword to get him through.

Plus, my head's a bit hard.

Yes, excellent Phork, Will... err... Excellent work, Phil.

And I don't know about the rest of you, but when I played Dragon Quest 8, the hero had WAY more lines than everyone else! I just filled them all in myself! So if you had been playing the game the way I was, it makes PERFECT sense for CT to be the hero!
Even though he wants to marry a horse.
And Raiden has been my sidekick for some time now. I saved him from falling off that bridge that time, and the rest, as they say, is history!

Also, nice work Sith.
