It's more likely than not that MH is RM's hallucination because it was stated in the comic's title, therefore making it instantly truth by Brian's saying so. By differentiating what the maker of the comic tells us indirectly and what is said in the comic itself, we prove MH wrong. Then again, if RM was beaten by his own logic, then he's also lost, and he might as well play a thumb war against himself and the outcome would be the same. You can play the game as much as you want, you'll never win. Then again, you'll never lose either, but following RM's usual idiom, he wins anyway by default.
