As for me, I prefer to run around pantless unless I'm working or company is over. Even then, I can get away with wearing a dress or skirt, but you can bet I skip the pantyhose.

due to an unfortunate mix of circumstances, I HAVE to wear my pants while on NPF. Whenever I'm usually on, I'm at work to pass the time. Though we have a relatively male-dominant population in the office, we're not allowed to walk around and sit-around pant-less because the possible acts of 'offense' towards our female coworkers; let alone interaction with female clients and/or customers.
However if I could make the decision, I would just sit here in the nude all the time .
