Plus it's Final Fantasy. For some reason it doesn't matter how bad they fuck up the plot, 90% of us will still play it. And I'll probably enjoy it.

All that being said I don't care what system a game comes out on if I like it I'll get it. I'll probably end up getting this FF for the X-box simply because I don't have that many 360 games at the moment. |

Okay, I'll give you that argument, but can you imagine trying to play... say, The Orange Box on an NES controller? Because honestly, you shouldnt have to buy a Gamecube or Classic controller. Yes I know, its the Wii, its gimmick, if anything, is making you buy lots of controllers.
Also, The Force Unleashed on the Wii is getting the mostly same things as the PS2 version. That should tell you a little about its graphics. However, you do get WiiMote lightsaber battles. And thats really worth something.

And as a standard controller, I've found that I really actually enjoy the whole Wiimote/Nunchuck layout. It's comfortable and intuitive. No More Heroes, for instance, was a great example of how the Wii controller can work great for a more classic sort of game. It had motion control involved, but it was primarily limited to jerking the controller in a certain direction in place of button inputs, and since a FF game needs a D-Pad/control stick and two buttons at most, the Wii would work fine for it. However, S-E is most interested in having their games be as pretty as humanly possible, which is something the Wii can't give them, and that's why they aren't developing a Wii version of this game.

Yeah wait back up a second, all graphical horsepower questions aside is someone seriously trying to argue that Team Fortress 2 would somehow not be totally sweet played with a Wiimote?

I was actually more implying that the whole point of putting FFXIII on PS3 (And now 360) was so tht it would be all next gen and shiny. If they are gonna put it on the Wii, the main reason for it going next gen is lost.

I just want to say I'd be down for a new 2D final fantasy. FF6 was so pretty and I find such things quite stylish and in some ways prefer them to the close-to-lifelike 3D FF games which irk me somewhat. They so close to human like you notice all the little differences more. But I don't think it would sell too well so we'll never see it.
And I agree. Every shooter ever should be released on the Wii. MP3 was totally one of the best control schemes I've ever used. |

I dont know if every one should. Can Wii handle 60 man multiplayer matches? Cause Ressitance 2 has that, and thats the main selling point for that game.

It's a Wonderful World/The World Ends With You, however, is totally sweet and I should probably give him more credit for that. I'm also psyched up for Sigma Harmonics. Quote:
