Let's face it, no matter how the comic ends some significant group of readers willbe happy. Anyone who can't deal with constant anti-climaxing likily wouldn't still be reading this far in. Hell, weren't the last few fake outs met with overall praise?
A depressing, soul-crushing ending =/= Bad ending, just to clarify. Not in a Brian Clevinger work.

What I'm saying is we have a comic where nothing can be a bad ending. Even i it just stops one day tere will be people who will claim it's the greatest anti-climax of all. It's a win/win situation.
