Well, it was because I was sick & done w/ all the ninja edits that nobody was noticing.
Like these two movies that are part of this thing. There was also a 3rd TV spot that was leaked, but both links are off the net now, so I can't tell you where to find it. I'll make up for that, by linking this totally awesome footage that somebody nabbed from the actual filming. It is a spoiler, but a totally awesome one. It involves a truck for a toy that once was all the rage. New Password for Sector 7: BYEBYEPOWERS And there's footage up there of Grimlock, Kickback & Reflector. Not sure if its fan produced, or anything. But its certainly not in the movie style, and its all G1. And because I'm lazy, I'll just quote the last bit of news concerning the possilbe leak of Starscream's voice... Quote:
Oh, and MM is in stock at Digital Toys, and so I should get him by next week. One problem, my own digital camera is on loan, and I'm not entirely sure where the family one is. But I think I should be able to find it. Ninja Edit: Almost forgot about this rumor, but apparently OCC Choppers (aka America Chopper, formerly of the Discovery Channel, now on TLC). Given that the actual movie episodes I've seen (I, Robot) broadcast well after the movies are released, I can see this happening. Who knows? Maybe I'll see it at Botcon. And speaking of which, the first pics of the Botcon set have been released, and it starts with Dirge. SWB, out.

I thought that truck was just a joke in the script and they weren't gonna actually DO IT. This hurts me.... |

You thought that they put a joke line of action in the script?

I'm pretty sure that it was Bay or one of the higher ups that leaked the script.
Any publicity is good publicity. |

I just don't see why they deserve the love they get. And in editing, I can see this carnage just being a quick throwaway easter egg. And in actual news, I got a UPS notification e-mail, & Masterpiece Megatron should be here on the 24th. Yay! (And all this waiting for an orange plug that I didn't really want in the first place.) Also, I very much doubt that Bay released the script, or if he did he's pretty foolish, as there were a number of doom & gloomers that came out of the woodwork thanks to its release. SWB

Oh, he knows people will see it just to watch giant CGI robots fight on screen. Like I said, any publicity. Hell, the entire 'Whine Whine Bitch Complain' movement is only helping Bay.

The thread finally rings true, and I did manage to get the plug out. Did a tiny bit of damage (nothing you'd notice unless you knew what you were looking for), but if that's the price I must pay, so be it.
The legs don't look skinny at all in person. I wish there was a bit more articulation, especially in the arms. Some of the minor design choices baffle me. Fer instance, they have these little interlocking parts that turn out. However, I don't see why they just didn't mold them always out. They don't effect the overall look, and moving them out usually entails pulling off the panels (at least for me it does). I also wish the scope could've been a tad smaller, and that it could've been mounted on the side, as well as up top. My last complaint is that the ball & chain has WAY too many links. They could've done with a fair few less. Other than that, the guy is pure love. Great paint job, awesome detailing, and precision work down to the wire. The transformation is insanely complex! Makes you feel pride to have TF'd him correctly, but I suppose some ppl might hate that. He's also very light. Only his feet & spine appear to be die-cast. Making him easy to play with, and frankly makes me what to sing: I can believe you can fly, I believe you can touch the sky... Not perfect, but the closest to perfection that Megatron ever has gotten. SWB Here's a link to my Flick-R folder, which has an even bigger picture.
