I can only hope that the Wind Orb comes into play and the purpose of the orbs is revealed soon. Otherwise, this is going to be a lot of buildup over nothing.

My idea on it is that while the others were pretty much beating the bush with Muffin being a dragon, Red Mage outright said that it was a dragon. The only time they said Muffin was a dragon before hand was when Thief said "Dragoon, THAT was a dragon."
That could have been interpreted as "Dragoon, that was a dragon?" Thus, Dragoon thinking Thief never since a parrot before.
The next time was when Thief was saying that Dragoon was going to feed them to his "evil dragon".
To Dragoon's mind, everything that thief says at that point is a lie to Dragoon, so why not the "evil dragon" part?
Now Red Mage outright said "Oh, and Dragoon, your pet dragon is evil."
First, Red Mage Pretty much said it as a side note directed at Dragoon.
Second, Dragoon didn't tell Red Mage that Muffin was a parrot yet.
Third, Dragoon must not have a lot of pets so he made that connection.
Fourth, Red Mage must of rolled a 20.

Something else that was should consider though is that, as I said, Red Mage said the dragon was evil as a side note. So does this mean he was talking something completely different with the others?

One more thing, Brian should end this and go on to something else because there is just so much more that he can do.

I think I remember him asking for ideas for a new comic awhile ago, but I'm not positive.

I have a bunch of comic ideas, but there's a small issue of the characters being caricatures of people I know. Plus, I have a LOT of them. And some very specific ideas of what the content would include.

I think it's best if Brian gets a more generalized idea to work with more freely.

Red 5, Scott, and I are interested in releasing Atomic Robo pages online. We're still thinking about when and how that'll go down. When 8-bit theater ends, I'll probably do another webcomic.
