Black Mage is secretly Brian Clevinger.

Get this, both their sprites have brown hair. And BM's horrendously disfigured face is Brian's horrendously disfigured face. And they're both impotent.

But... but I thought that Fifth didn't really exist! That he was just some random conglomeration of the hatred-consciousness across the interwebs given artificial intelligence and slowly rising to power over the internet by becoming one of the moderators here!

But I see it now. Oh, no... it... it's all too terrible. If Fifth were such a creature, it would make perfect sense if he had a sprite avatar (just to give himself some semblance of physical form)... oh my. Does that mean that the 'love' he's draining out of the universe with every Hadoken is actually all goodness across the interwebs, ensuring the continuance of the hatred-cycle and his perpetuation? That devious fiend! That's the fifth most hideous thing I've ever heard-

(although I can totally see the Brian-Black Mage connection too. Both of their names even start with "B"! Perhaps there is even more that lies beneath this...)
