Yes I Agree with you on terror and for decay it is a slow acting power or more of a ending move you know like in the mortal kombat games, a finishing move to make things go out with style. It would be a slow acting power that takes a lot of concentration and requires direct contact. So truthfully it can only be used on people who are about to die anyway. Now if you want it can be ineffective against inorganic material until much later. I can always take it out and use the 5 ARMS to convert more body parts as well if you would like.

but it takes time to regenerate, they'd take a couple of hours. I mean you could take instant regeneration, but that by itself is a ten point power

you only updated your powers, and not your backstory which now makes no sense. I also do not know what you intend to use higher dexterity for. Its good for precise work like surgery or electronics, and I saw nothing that would make me think he'd do either, and it doesn't help with much like shooting or throwing.

Appearance: 18, 5'6", 109lbs, shoulder-length black hair, brown eyes, highschool uniform. Relatively normal looking, except for that ominous reflective-orange metallic hexagonal cylinder where her lower right arm should be.

ARMS:
"Ares-Five" General Nuclear Fusion Cannon (10): Appearing as a polished reflective hexagonal cylinder glinting an odd orange in the sun's lighting, this lower arm replacement is actually a powerful and deceptively simple nuclear fusion cannon.

Operating at variable charge depending on length of time fired, it projects a packet of energy that incites spontaneous nuclear fusion at the target point, instantly and painlessly vaporizing the targetted area. At maximum charge, it is perhaps capable of mostly destroying small buildings.

The weapon has a fifteen second recycle time between discharging and re-charging. Obviously incredibly powerful, with equally incredible disadvantages.

10 units used for right-arm to ARMS conversion.

Equipment: Not much, besides a combat knife taken from a previous combatant to serve as a melee weapon.

Backstory: Yumiko was your average japanese highschool student until a few days ago, when she was kidnapped to play in this demented little game. She'd seen movies like 'battle royale' before, but never expected anything like this could actually come true! Now it's her or them, and they're not even mostly human anymore, for whatever small solace that provides.

Motivation: Purge the other ARMS users, find instigator, kill him. It's a sad job, but someone's got to make sure these abominations don't survive the week.

Allignment: True Neutral
