I had a friend who hosted a party and had leftover alcohol he didn't want. When I gave him a ride the other day, he gave me some. Part of the bounty was a six-pack of Smirnoff Black Ice. You know what? It's not much different from many [US-brewed, at least] beers in terms of alcohol content, and it drinks like a soda. I've decided not to be ashamed to enjoy it.

Brandy is good but hofuck it is expensive so I rarely drink it.

Oh, and uh, scotch preferred, at least 10-12 year single malt, older is ideal. If I'm feeling smoky I'll go Laphroaig, if not, Glenlivet.

Whiskey if nothing else avails. Knob Creek isn't bad, Jameson's is a staple, and the cheaper stuff is gutter swill.

I actually find an entire bottle of champagne (or three) or a gallon jug of wine can get you through a night of drinking games quite well, but beer's just fine if there's a distraction.

I would rather drinking Balvenie than Glenlivet, sad to say. Highland Park 12 is a bit eh for me but the 18 is affordable and tasty. I love Laphroaig.

My drink of choice is Amaretto. It's smooth and just a little bit sweet. I could drink it anyday. And on the lighter, fruitier side, a Mikes Hard Cranberry Lemonade. I just love the stuff.

Only sugar and the finest ice-cold tap water, my good sir. Fire doesn't come near mine (which is probably for the best with a 140-proof drink).
