Sorry guys. I went on vacation and didn't feel like writing anything during that time. Guess I shoulda mentioned something.

Back home now, on non-phone internet, so I guess I have no more excuses.

Good lord, that took forever to write. >.< Believe it or not I've been working on that for days. I'm a slow writer, I guess.

Anyway, at this point it's up to you guys to figure out what to do.

A) There are multiple exits from the Beetle. I'll let you make up some secret doors if you don't want to leave from the main exit like a commoner. :P There is also one door down the hallway by Art's office that leads out to the street, and a door behind the curtains on the bandstand's back wall that leads to the building next door to the Beetle. Anyone exiting that way would look like they've come out of the neighboring house rather than the speakeasy. If you want to come up with any other trapdoors or secret exits, go for it. That's fine with me.

B) What you do after escaping the Beetle is up to you. Art's going to be leaving via Mickey's getaway car, and you're welcome to hitch a ride or escape in your own car, if your character has one. You're also welcome to go distract the police away from the Beetle.

Those of you not on Art's payroll, like Pyros, let me know what you want to do. I don't want to exclude you guys!

And I accidentally posted this in the RP thread, by mistake. Thank the Gods for deleting!

Ugh, went on a couple day hiatus myself. Though oddly enough, I still don't feel what my purpose is here besides being the guy who plays music. I'm not trying to whine or anything, but really, I don't really feel much of a point to what I'm playing.

You can have Bernard change jobs and play a larger role in things. Perhaps join as Eels more sophisticated and refined partner. Or just be a rum runner or something for the purpose of having a more veritable role with Art's gang.

Yeah, I know. I'm sorry. I'm doing a really poor job of keeping track of everyone and making sure everyone has something to do. I'm trying to figure out ways to keep you, Pyros, Batgirl, and rapter just as involved in things as the people playing more traditional gangster characters.

You're welcome to add stuff to your signup sheet if you want to go that route. Otherwise, I could have the rest of the gang drag you along on their adventures since we're shorthanded.

Or if you have some other preference, let me know. This rp is really just an experiment for me, so I'm open to suggestions! I just want people to have fun.

Whelp, James wasn't really going to let go of you shoulder so you could run off like that since he really isn't all that fast but meh, this could be interesting depending on how the Alleyway idea turns out!

I was half tempted to call out thief as you ran though, but only half! Just to see if the cops suffer from racial profiling!

Also, I was pretty sure I was suppose to lead you to the car out back, not the silver beetle. So you could actually be running down that said back alley :p

Oh noes! Run Asian man, run! The police are likely racial profiling, and the James character probably has longer, better running legs!

Also, I find it really funny that I'm in an RP with a James and a Jeremy. It'd only be complete if there was an Alan character or something.
