He didn't, but the way Impact abuses pauses strikes Pierce as barely contained rage. Not just right now, but way back at the briefing when talking to Renny too. Of course, it may be because Pierce doesn't think anyone can be honestly nice to Renny.

By the way, Pierce has given thought to going Battle Master, which if he did should shut Impact the hell up, but because AB said it'd be a NPC-only class the in-story explanation is just that he's content with being a trainer for now.

I'd tell you that you can dual-class as well, Geminex, but since you hate Pok�mon, you're going to have to settle for a Powered Mech Suit of Awesome. I can't think of any other non-Pok�mon way to make this kickass for you.

And no! Nobody gets to become half demons! Believe me, you won't like it. InuYasha was a half demon and guess what he gets for it. Some old bitch puts some magical prayer beads or something around his neck and now a schoolgirl can make him faceplant just by telling him to sit. Is that what you want? A schoolgirl who can make you faceplant with just one word? Everybody sees badasses like Dante and they're all like "I wanna be a half demon!" Being a half demon is just like being anything else. There's the good and there's the bad. There's the killing demons by the hundreds with a single sweep of your oversized sword and there's the schoolgirl making you faceplant.

And if you don't like that, then watch this. And then maybe you'll forgive me.
