I finally got off my ass and started cooking my famous sweet and sour beefstrips....

mmmm the delectable smelling of cooking meat.....:drool: << we need this smiley!!

I have to go prepare the sweet and sour sauce now, but damn my cousin does not make it easy to cook in her kitchen; I suspect that she ate at her boyfriends a lot.

In my world we call that same treat an elephants ear. Deep fried pastry dough covered in a variety of sticky sweet toppings, like Apple Sauce and Cinnamon, or Cherry and whip cream....
