Hell yes. Obviously I don't know how to code, but just using basic logic I say it shouldn't be too hard to pull off. I mean, you're able to have a different icon for rep gems after the fifth or sixth, I don't know. We ought to have one that alerts us every time your name changes.

Something like "Ol' Two-Inch Shafterson is now Balltree McSlapmeat" or whatever. Like one of those signs you see in front of businesses that let you know what the temperature is.
