No problem, I just wonder if we are ever going to get to chapter 13. she's going a little slow.

Ooc: What is the Throne room made of? the Ceiling specifically?

the ceiling is a crystal skylight, magically hardened to be as strong as Adamantium. The floor is metal, and I'm not sure about the walls.....a mixture of mortar and crystal, I guess...

Thank you. I always like to know the area I am fighting in so that I may know what I can and cannot do... and so basically the Ceiling is Diamond. Hardest substance on earth. (Other than my SAAW when I got a chubby) :p

Also, Jericho wasn't totally taking over the control of the air in there or anything, he was merely offsetting some of Gwaethir's control. Think of it as an "Island of good in a sea of evil." kind of thing. A little bubble at Jericho's control.

for mentioning your SAAW, you should be smacked.....with a spiked mace....

anyway, the air in the throne room is alive, and semi-sentient. It's actually a powerful Air Elemental that is bound to serve the royal family. It was saddened by the king killing his own daughter, and also by Gwaethir becoming evil and taking the throne. It wants its people (the Avariel) to be free....so if you can communicate with it.....*hint hint*

Bombshell, I would like to make a special request.

Your inner diologues between "Ziff" and Lance are extremely confusing, but not because of anything intentional on your part, but it is the lack of description. We have no Idea who is talking.

May I suggest that you put a little extra detail into your diologue posts?

take for example your last post, which do you think is easier to read:

ORIGINAL VERSION:
"I sense this turning into a war. A war of good against evil. I've been waiting and it is time." "Or is it time Lance?" "What? You again. I told you get out of my head." "This time I'm not in your head Lance... I'm here." "What impossible!" "Or is it Lance? " "No stop speaking. You're dead. You couldn't of survived that. And besides only me and my master know that you're dead. So how can you be here." "Start the war Lance but end it with the good winning." "I'll start the war. I will end it for which ever side I want to win."

MODIFIED VERSION:
"I sense this turning into a war. A war of good against evil." Lance brooded to himself as he walked through the corridors. "I've been waiting and it is time."

"Or is it time Lance?" A voice echoed from within his own mind.

"What? You again. I told you get out of my head." Lance shouted harshly into the darkness.

"This time I'm not in your head Lance... I'm here." Ziff called from an unknown location.

"What impossible!" Lance cried, a hint of old fear in his voice.

"Or is it Lance? " Ziffs mocking voice continued.

"No stop speaking. You're dead. You couldn't of survived that." Lance called desperatelly into the darkness. "And besides only me and my master know that you're dead. So how can you be here?"

"Start the war Lance but end it with the good winning." Ziffs voice replied, ignoring the question.

Rage welled up within the Pyromancers form, he swore into the darkness vowing, "I'll start the war. I will end it for which ever side I want to win!"
