Kuja is confirmed as Chaos-side. So one possibility is that Kuja's being a dickhole and just has the Cosmos warriors convinced that he's one of them because they're all idiots. The other is that the following answer from Zidane is "no," which would mean that there is another warrior of Cosmos connected to Zidane, who "doesn't show his face much."

It's a stretch, but maybe Vivi isn't that far off base after all.

He could even believe it himself, because then there's a scene where Kefka says "Show me what the army of Cosmos is made of!" to Kuja.

He could be being sarcastic there, but...

Well, he's not really saying it to Kuja as if they were enemies since they appear to be standing next to each other. Seems more like Kuja gets summoned by Chaos but is having something of a moral crisis over it.

Well, his VA said a while back that he took a lot of feedback on his previous performance and worked it into his new one. He said he still didn't feel like he did the job the character deserved, but that he hoped he'd given him more depth.

Basically, expect Kuja to be effing awesome this time around.

Also, this is Square we're talking about. Balls if they're not already hedging their bets on a prequel to this prequel. They're probably leaving it open for Kuja being a Cosmos warrior for Dissisia 011.

Something I just wondered... there was a scene in the trailer... looked like it was at the Gardens from FF8... And another that resembled Prima Vista...

Hint at new arenas?

Why wouldn't there be new arenas? Orphan's Cradle and Sky Fortress Bahamut are visible anyway.

Sky Fortress Bahamut and Prima Vista, actually, from what the FF Wikians say.

It's been officially stated that there will be a new arena for every new character, so expect Vivi to be a contender, or possibly Steiner or Garnet, from their involvement on that stage. But my guess would be Vivi just for his insane popularity and the fact he, oddly enough, has more to offer play-wise than either of those two. Official word is that they're taking both factors into account to optimize the cast (meaning still no Seifer).

Also expect Vaan. We pretty much know he's in from his VA, so with the FF12 stage in there, it's just a matter of time until the official announcement.

You know what would make for an interesting arena? The Red Wings.

Just, just a bunch of airships, flying in formation, and you use them as platforms.
