Belkar is small and nimble and weights less then thirty pounds. I'm pretty sure BM can;t hit anything like that.

However they both realize that they need each other and run off together, killing and maiming the planet.

Black Mage knows how to make himself throw up his own innards.

Belkar would probably be impressed and/or scared by this.

Or, at the very least, Black Mage could Goblin Punch him. Because Goblin Punch rules.

He has the five spells for destroying icebergs, laser eyes, burning hands, fireball, bolts 1-3 (and can apparently put them on autofire), hadoken, and the goblin punch.

Belkar has knives.

Unless they start the battle within three feet of each other, black mage would destroy the entire arena in the space of a few seconds and walk off whistling.

That's true. We all know Belkar has a terrible will save, so even if they start right next to each other, Black Mage still walks away the winner.
