That's pretty darn good, Kyanbu! I know it's a zoomed-in shot that doesn't show much, but it's a dynamic pose and a great angle, and I honestly can't find any real errors. Kudos!

Dash Chronicles Logo Design 1
Quote:
The logo for Dash Chronicles. I'm very proud of how this turned out. Might just stick with this one. Yeah this means that I'm almost done plotting out all of the Scenes for all 36 episodes (Chapters) of Dash Chronicles. All that's left is the forth and fifth story arcs and the third OCS (Original Comic Special) arc. After that all I'll have to do is finish up Mischief Knights.

Glad someone thinks that. I almost happy to hear that after the ripping I had to deal with. Shame this still ended up being treated like crap. I'm really happy I don't have a career in art because I would gone insane from all the shit I'd have to deal with... -_-

Oh damn so many good pictures! Doc, I share you enthusiasm for drawing epiphanies. I've had a few in recent years and they're a joy. And I really like your dude's slam-dunk pose there, it's very energetic.
As for my contribution! I'm one of five players - 6 including the DM - in a DnD group that we have on campus (courtesy of the Nerd Club), and I've decided to start working on a little comic that will chronicle our adventures. I've begun character sketches and this is the second of five. The first is done, but I want to redo her because her pose is very static compared to this one. This is Zylar the Beguiler, who specializes in casting spells and hitting on Drow chicks. Also! Kyanbu, I've noticed your plight as mentioned in General, and I wonder... have you ever considered changing up your art style? You have skills, I'll give you that. I rather enjoy looking at your work here, and it's pretty solid in terms of form and such. However, the Sonic-style doesn't do it for me. I've seen it all over and it's really quite old hat. Fine to start with, but not something you'd want to stick to. Otherwise keep it up! Woo!

Funny you should say that.
I actually have been working on a new art style. My own art style called Velvet and Black.
Still perfecting it though. Which is designed to reduce/eliminate any relation to the sonic art style. It also pushes them towards a more gothlic like design while still keeping a animeish appearance. I would like to note that there is a story related reason why the design of Sarina's mage armor is plain and somewhat bland.

Yeah, her hair is made of noses
Last Monday I started drawing drag queen(?) during the first class. I quite liked the drawing and wanted to draw it properly . I guess that this cutie is my inner woman.
I should note, that this is only part of the drawing, which you wouldn't have guessed if I hadn't told you. Totally. But anyway, what you don't see in that drawing is that my inner woman has six arms, tattoos and you even miss crappy "poem" I wrote there. No need to thanks about the last part. |

Finally. I've been working on this for awhile now.
It's part of a secret Santa gift exchange online. I hope my person likes it. I spent for freaking ever on it. The snow took way longer than expected.
