After this the cult cannot lose as long as it tries inducting one person and killing off another each night.

Well honestly about the whole Sinister Six thing I suppose it's for a number of reasons. I could only get 23 people to play the game so I didn't want to tip the balance of the game too much in favor of the mafia just because "six" sounded better. Also I gave Lunaknight's role the ability to revive after 3 days (like Norman Osborn did in the comics coming back after nearly 25 years of being dead) so in essence he had 2 lives and was counted twice. I also had originally planned on an elaborate intro in which the current mafia is accompanied by Chameleon but he gets shot and killed during the jailbreak and thus being reduced to five but I felt it was a bit redundant.

As you can probably tell by looking at the roles I tried to add something extra to each role you received so people would not be bored just be a plain-townie. Either I let people be part of small mason groups or have an immunity to a certain type of kill. Unfortunately I don't think any of these ever came up.

Captain Combustible had a pretty good streak of picking which people to target for cult induction, while OctoberRaven had a very nasty streak leading up to Nayno unfortunately for the town. Let this be a lesson for everyone though, please do not role request for a scum role publicly and then stick with it when the GO asks you again in a PM if you want to stick with it even though such evidence could clearly be used against you during the game. I believe this infavorably made it easier for the town to lynch as well as for Captain Combustible to pick out a suitable target with Ape Boy.

All in all this was the first mafia game I've run and I hope you all enjoyed it. Any suggestions, comments, or criticisms would be appreciated so I can improve for the next game I run.

Edit: Also I tried to stay as true as possible to the characters you were given if they ever acted during the night scenes along with what powers they were granted.

It should maybe be noted that I didn't actually request a role (never have), and prior to this I had no idea who Jean DeWolff was.

I'd say it was an interesting game, although I am kinda bummed I got killed the first night. It would've been kind of interesting to see how long I could get away with being a jerk in the Goblin persona after Luna got lynched.

Some notes.

This set-up was extremely difficult for a scum role (particularly serial killer). What you've got are essentially four cop roles, including jailers, and one of the cops reveals his investigation upon death if it's scum! I decided day one that I would have to sacrifice one of my night kills to frame someone else and buy immunity from jailers. Of course, I wanted to do all this with B_real dead and that just wasn't happening.

Masked Jedi had awesome aim. He blocked me twice; once for B_real and once for OctoberRaven. I didn't get any kills to myself for the first three nights.

Good performance from Demetrius, BHS, and Hikari early on. Sure fooled me. That spoilered text in your signature was a cheap trick, though!

Pink Bunny picked the absolute best time to roleclaim. On that day, I knew without a doubt that he was the jailer. But since he roleclaimed, I figured odds were good that he'd be protected that night.

The cult picked a good time to take me. I noticed that the pattern of lynches suggested that a mafiate had been culted and was about to call them on it. Of course, I probably wouldn't have guessed who the leader is anyway.

Thanks to Tendronai, I wouldn't have won this if I hadn't been culted. :p Tendronai's accusation was based on me collaborating with other scum, though, which wasn't true at the time; I guess I just got unlucky.

P.S. Though I love to play serial killer, I didn't request the role. I never request roles.

Well as far as Cephrir goes he had investigated on Night 1 but kept the results to himself. On night 2 he investigated Ape Boy and wanted the results to be made public, but OctoberRaven had already targetted him with a night kill. In addition the back-ups couldn't act until the main role was already dead (for both jailer and investigator) so the back-ups roles might not have ever come into play if they were killed off too early or the main role never died which I was afraid might have happened prior to the game starting. Incidentally, I did allow the Serial Killer to be immune to Mafia kills if Venom was in charge but I suppose if I had considered to get the Serial Killer more immunities then I would have to do the same with the Cult Leader too.

I was also wondering why everyone was thinking Mr. Bookworm HAD to be Carnage but I didn't want to intervene and point out the huge gap in logic there.
