This my same advice. References are always in-style.

Also rocks are a pain in the ass to draw realistically.

Other critique (if you want it):The perspective on the people looks off. That's not as easy of a fix, but just for future reference. With the angle of the "camera" so to speak, the people in the background look like they would come up to the foreground-man's thigh. Personally I would have gone with something more like this plus it's more compositionally-friendly thanks to the rule of thirds.

Thanks for the composition tip, CJ. The drawing's pretty much unfixable by now (barring "start over from scratch"), so all I can really do is move on I guess. But I'll keep it in mind for another time.

Haha yeah I know that kind of crit that late in the game sucks (I had a drawing prof who was notorious for it on huge projects. I'd have everything colored and stuff and she's like "I think you should shift the composition like this". Get me some real life photoshop and I'll get on that. But yeah, it's mostly for future reference!

(Though starting over from scratch isn't always a bad thing. Just, in general.)

Something I drew the other day while I was out.

Was ment to be a concept for what might be one of 2, 2011 Christmas Pics (that hopefully won't be as much of a let down as last year's -_-). But it looked pretty decent so I decided to post it here anyway.

I missed drawing Pandora. X3

And once again this is turning out to be yet another year I don't get to make my "Sarina V.S Santa Claus" Mischief Knights comic holiday special. -_- Starting to think I should just try to pay someone to do it for me. >_>;

Maybe you should hire a artist. Nothing wrong with being the writer. It could set you down the path you want to take.

The problem though is finding one I can afford. And honestly it might be way too late to do a 18 page X-mas comic now. >_>; Since it needs to be done before December 24th.

Though I guess it couldn't hurt to pay someone to draw and CG up my other Comic special "Trance Instramental". though 30 pages all colored, it's gonna cost me a fortune. (we're likly talking somewhere around several hundred on average for someone of my skill level or greater).

I was working on this for awhile and then I couldn't use my computer for two weeks and now I'm trying to get back into it to finish it.

Oh yeah, here's the progress

I'm just having a really hard time finishing it/deciding if I like what I have, so if anyone has any advice or anything it would be appreciated.
