Here and here [NSFW] are some pictures of nude models in basic standing poses. If you want to practice form I suggest you print out these pictures and try to recreate them. The current kind of form and structure building you're doing (sausage people) will not develop your abilities, but life drawing and references WILL. I can guarantee it.

How do you expect to draw the human form correctly when you're not even looking at a human form? Our memory is unreliable for rendering images. So long as you shirk references your art will not improve.

This has actually been Flat colored and has been sitting on my Harddrive since January.

Decided to get some coloring practice by rendering this.

I feel like if she flaps her wings, her boobs are just gonna completely pop out of her shirt. Unless they're held in by sheer pressure, and they do appear to be just absolutely SMOOSHED in there.

Looking closer, I am just utterly confused about what her shirt is supposed to be. You've got the neck-hugging bit with no sleeves (or unattached sleeves, anyway) and a dog-collar, then the under-cleavage with a patch on one of the boobs, followed by another belt around which is wrapped and dangling some kind of ribbon thing which is tucked in at the waist and hanging loose but also tight enough to show ab muscles through it.

Is this just how bat-people dress? Wouldn't the middle belt put a lot of pressure on her flight muscles, restricting her wing movement?

Your clothing design confuses the hell out of me, man.

Your latest stuff is showing progress, though! Its good you're going back to basics.

I spent the time figuring out how this outfit works last night, and I was like, "I'm gonna draw how this shirt-waist and vest are held together with belts and double-sided tape to achieve this look." So, I started sketching this stupid thing, mostly to practice a different coloring method that, turns out, doesn't really work on the gimp. And now this silly thing is done, and I'm-a share it because I've waited for an excuse to share Mischief Knights fanart for so long.

So, now that I've completed my degree, I have a little bit more time to be working on personal stuff. Here's what I've gotten done so far.

Made some more tweaks to Shyria's anatomy. I'm planning on using this as reference for a 3D modeling project as well.

Also cleaned up an old concept sketch of a personal design for a unicorn I had sitting on my USB. I might post some more study sketches here as well.

Even after I learned, grew up, and came to be on the right side of a lot of important issues, I was still angry, abrasive, and generally increased the amount of hate in the world, in pretty unacceptable ways.
