I usually listen through the song stuck in my head a few times, that usually works.
It worked for when I listened to that song that goes: Panda panda panda panda panda panda...

On the Queen thing, Bicycle can get stuck in your head. I'm trying to "Sonic Enema" out Rock Lobster with Somebody To Love but it's not working. I can't quite make it past the intro before Rock Lobster sort of eats it.
