Well, he might have tried to hide some of the stuff Garud had on him from the other members of his group in order to come back later and grab some.

But honestly, you walk up to a dead body, in broad daylight, with many witnesses around, and start looting a corpse. And who else but a pirate is that comfortable about looting dead bodies with groups of people around other than a pirate?

Wha? Sorry I haven't posted because I have been studying and working on my homework (X-men 2 is homework!). I have midterms coming up.

You know, accusing your accuser is entirely not a good way to convince us that you're not part of the mafia. Especially since you've provided no evidence. Just like your accuser.

Also, I failed to mention before that this entire thing could be an elaborate ploy by Inbred to lure people to vote for him to make them suspicious. Highly unlikely, but possible. I'm 70-30 positive he's not, but I could be wrong.

I accused him because he accused me with no proof. Its an endless cycle where it goes back between us. Tommorow round I will go in more indepth, I have a test and I need to sleep, wasting hours of my time watching X-men when I could be studying is no help eather.

I am by no means saying that he should be voted for for saying this, but I would simply like to point out that this makes me slightly suspicious of you, as if the bodygaurd is wasting their time protecting a mafia member, then that leaves the mafia free to attack whomever they want.

It is entirely possible that you simply wish to stay in the game as long as possible, but I feel that it would be a far better use of the bodygaurd's time to locate the sheriff and keep him safe.

Concerning Nights and Days: The Game schedule has no connection to actual lunar events. Night starts after somebdy has been lynched. Day starts after all night roles are PMed to me. They could both be infinitely long, but if it started to drag too much I would set a deadline. If nobody had been lynched by the deadline, the person with the most votes is lynched, and Night starts. So, in summary, do not trust your watch or calender to figure out the game's schedule.

On Post Counts: I talked it over with shiney, explained the post-intensiveness, and he said that as long as everything was contained in this one thread it would be peachy. I don't see a need for sticky, assuming constant discussion happens this won't fade into obscurity.

On Voting: Remember, simply bolding does nothing. To have your vote count, use the Vote:Somebody format, otherwise I will just assume that you are FoSing or stressing a name. I will be keeping a vote count update when the votes start coming in.

If the bodyguard figures out the police officer, everyone figures out the police officer. That would be bad, because then the bodyguard would always need to defend the police officer, and then he's never going to stop the murder. Thus, the best one to defend is the one who helps the logic along the most. I could be wrong in my logic, feel free to correct me.

Think of my comment and the effect it will have even if I'm not defended- I might be defended, might not. It's a comment that's supposed to pull the mafia in multiple directions - maybe I'm bullshitting and part of the mafia, or I'm not, and maybe I'll be defended because I said that. Even if I don't get the bodyguard's vote, it still makes it less appealing to target me.

I know I'm not at my peak performance, so I'll leave off voting until I've had the chance to think through this further, but you are looking very suspicious to me.

You know what would help your case better? Simply state that he has no logical reason to think that, and then all the pressure is on him. Maybe he just made a strange decision at random to see what it would draw up, eh? It's not anywhere near certain that he did it as a mafia move, and if it had been, more people would have voted for you, most likely. For example, I'm not accusing Newb because he said I was suspicious because he's just making false conclusions, most likely, and not trying to vote an innocent man. That vote's only gonna make bad blood if you can't back it up with logic.

Whatever. As long as we keep getting good methodical ideas out, it should benefit the good guys anyway. Maybe your reasoning will provide a new insight on how to catch the mafia, after you're done lynching the innocent guy =P.

Don't forget, everyone. Those pirates will be working together. A reason that someone is defending someone else (or if a couple of people randomly go along on a lynch vote), might be because they are mafia.

Unfortunately, noone has presented any good arguments to me. I won't be voting for anyone until I see some convincing logic.
