Anytime I play a game, I make sure I know about how to get the ultimate weapon. I don't look at spoilers or anything, but I know how to get the ultimate powerful weapon. I have to.

Too much awesome for such a small space. Oh well. You can still punch your mother...if you want... Fifth and Krylo made me do it. http://www.animecubed.com/billy/user...sigs/60266.jpg Be the Ultimate Ninja! Play Billy Vs. SNAKEMAN today! |

Well, if you ever want someone to discuss it with, I'm always available via PM. Back on topic, I just realized I have a subconscious habit when playing games. When sitting, my knees will be far apart, but my feet will be touching, usually with my left foot on top my right. However, during difficult fights, frustrating moments, or bosses, my feet and knees will be evenly spaced and my feet will be flat on the floor. Also, when my fingers are moving rapidly, my toes will wriggle, trying to match them. I seem to play better when this happens. |

-In order to play a scary video game at night I must have as many lights on in the house and with all the doors locked. Also if I start to feel really terrified I will stop the game and wonder the house, normally getting a drink and something to eat in the process.
-After playing said scary video game, I will immediatly watch a funny movie or TV show, no matter how late at night it is. (This also applies to scary movies) -Once I start to concentrate really hard on a game I will stick my tongue out. I think I got this from Michael Jordan, whom I used to worship when I was younger. -Finally I never lie down while playing a game. I must be sitting down, in a chair or on a couch, and must be very close to the TV.

I can't have someone watching me play. At all. Totally ruins my rolls in RPGs, aim in FPS, and you get the idea.

I've just recently developed a superstition if I reach a point that I cannot beat in a game I must go and get something to eat or else it just feels weird... It doesn't really help... At all... because I usually start losing while I'm shoving things into my mouth instead of playing the game... >_>

I constantly save. Constantly.
Were it not for the fact that I want to conserve space on my memory card, I'd probably take up all the room just with one playthrough of FFX. Or worse-Front Mission 4. Who knows when I'll encounter that FMV that I'll want to watch over and over again? Or that single battle with a special action attached? Or what if I missed the side quest that makes me unable to gain several characters? |

This one hasn't come into play as much lately, since more games have voices, but when it doesn't I have to give them voices of my own and read the text outloud. I don't know if this counts, but in every fighting game, I have to use every character the first time I play, and eventually I have to work up my skill with each character so that I'm at least decent with all of the characters (or at least a majority of them). You never know when you're gonna do a randomized battle and you get a character other than your #1. Other than that kind of stuff, I don't have anything. I can sit anyway, I don't care if anyone is watching or not. (actually, I like it better when someone is watching. (I'm a show off) I'm not a very superstitious person, I guess. ^^;

Also, I always save after doing anything important. This REALLY screwed me up in KOTOR 2 because I saved for some odd reason, right while I was fighting these really powerful spiders. At this time, both of my teammates had died and I couldnt get away from the spiders. So, I had to restart the world I was on.. |

I just found out that everytime i play a game on the PC that it MIGHT scares me i play using headphones... around my neck...
So i can hear sounds, but not loud enough to be scared! ...but still loud enough to yell "HOOOLY SHIT!! YOU MODAHFUGGAZOMBIE!!" (Even if its not a zombie...) |

I save twice every time I save. One time, I thought I saved, didn't, was massacred, and had to replay about five hours of game. :p Never again.
When I strategize, I talk to myself. As in, "Alright, Cloud's about to get his Limit Break, so I want you to heal him and the other guy can cast Ice 3. Now let's see what they do. If this works, I'll waste them all in the next round." In fighting games, I move my tongue, jaw, or head with the motions necessary for an attack. It's usually slight, but I can look pretty silly trying to do Ya Otome or Buster Wolf in an arcade. I make it a point to collect every single piece of treasure possible, and I always have at least ten of each item that restores a status defect. Unless they heal all status disorders; then I have 99 of them. I encourage my characters during cutscenes and conversations. Like in Grandia 3, I'd be like "Screw that! Get those bastards! They're trying to upset the balance of the world!" Of course, I couldn't play through that game because of the characters, but I digress. Oh yeah, and my special seat. I cannot, under any circumstances, play well in any game requiring twitch skill unless I sit on/in something with wood. Wooden chair, bed with wood head/footboards, a wooden floor, whatever; I just need wood there or I'm gonna flounder. Oh, and playing games naked is pretty awesome. I can't do it with fighting games because I have a big arcade stick though, and that wouldn't be too good on my lap. |
