means Nikose could only kill once, and he wasted it on killing a powerful town aligned role simply because he doesn't take the game seriously. In which case, yah, the BG should protect you.

Not necessarily. If it was a foregone conclusion that the BG would protect Roy, the mafia would naturally target someone else. So it needs to be left unknown who the BG will target. There is just as much reason for the BG to protect someone else as there is to protect a known townie.

In any case, I suppose you're right, Ryanderman. It is a potential WIFOM situation. I just think that the doctor should avoid that mess at all costs; that's how powerful I think Roy's role is. In some circumstances, like at the end of the game, a confirmed-mafia-immune is more valuable than a confirmed vig. But the truth is that we want 'em both, and they're close enough to equal that the doc should probably pick one and let the scum try and figure it out.

I voted for Fenris because he looked like he was trying to lead the doc away from Roy. So, I voted for him because he looked scummy.

WRONG.

You shouldn't assume that because there is a lure that people will take the bait. However, the bodyguard could always try to guess who the serial killer would kill, assuming that the serial killer is under the impression that the bodyguard will protect the revealed townie, in this case, Roy.

Nikose is pretty much fucked though.

I know, that's a stupid reason to vote for someone since it was pretty likely just a joke vote, but I can't find anything else to go on in the thread yet, and I want to do something the get this moving again.
