The russia thing is a reference to a hilarious dub of the Yu-Gi-Oh series, wherein a foreign kid introduces himself as coming from England, etc, and everyone responds negatively, saying "You suck!" "What's up with his accent?" "Is he a girl?" (He has long hair) and one person says "Go back to Russia!"
