Anyways, not to sound like a dick, but I spelled out my policy on orphaned PCs earlier. In case some people missed it: If you abandon your character, I will assume control of it.

Now, I know that a case might be made that Naqel didn't out-and-out abandon the RP, but I'd counter that out-and-out ignoring multiple, explicit, warnings from the GM and putting up a sustained and uncalled for hissy-fit constitutes a pretty strong case for not caring about the RP. So I assume control.

I didn't missed Your abandoned char policy. But I didn't abandoned them, what's more, arguing about "uncleared" stuff is MY form of caring for the game.

I don't own digimon, but toei/bandai/whoever don't own Stealthmon or any other "fanmade", I've got any right to protect my intellectual property.

Other words:
Stealthmon and Charles are my characters, if I can't rejoin the game(and I know I can't) you have no right to use them in any way.

Now, I'm not one to agree with Naqel, but it his original character and he does have creative rights to it. You really don't have a right to use his characters if he says not to. Frankly, if I left this rp, I wouldn't want you to use my characters either. Typically what GMs do (and I have been a GM for many, many, MANY rps on this site) is quickly either write out/kill/ignore the abandoned character. I don't really care that you said that you would take control of our characters in this rp if we left, it still doesn't give you the right to use them if we say no.

Honestly, this seems to be much more trouble than it's worth. In the future you should just ask player if you can use their characters, it's just the nice thing to do, even to a player who has frankly been an ass.

Might I just suggest you drop this matter entirely and just leave things as is, leaving Naqel's characters alone and just working with us? We want to be in this rp and we want to play, so focus on us and not a character who is gone. Besides, this way Naqel leaves all of us alone and we can go on with our lives.

Plot movement tomorrow, so get those last bits of stationary zaniness in before then (not that zaniness will be outlawed, but I figure now's the prime time for zaniness to happen without being hindered by action).

I made myself clear on what I want, remove them from previous posts, the posts were made after you kicked me out, and this means after you lost right to use them. I think you realize that cutting out a few lines(which are wrong by the way) is much quicker than having to deal with me and writing many more.

Dude, this is a simple rp on a simple forums, and put simply, it doesn't really matter beans. Your character has poofed into obscurity, and we don't need some stupid retconning just because you feel that the older posts (which are largely not relevant at this point in the rp) mention your character.

I mean, maybe if you intended to license your character for something bigger, produce plush toys and get a movie deal, I'd imagine there'd be a valid reason for us to be anal retentive and edit every nuance of this rp just to suit your need of complete and utter expulsion.

This is a mostly public forum, and like it or not once something is posted it is public domain. We are free to reference it, free to acknowledge it, and while you are free to delete your own posts, we are free to ignore them and your pleas for us to delete all references, tags, and arrows pointing to your now defunct, missing, gone, not cared about in the least bit characters.

Lum is killing of the character, that should be enough for anybody. I care about the characters I think up as much as the next guy, but forcing someone to do a lot of useless work for something this petty?

Let me make it more straight.
Since I was already out when the second game thread began, there is no reason for my chars to appear in it. I don't need You to edit all your posts cause:
a) it would be insane,
b) back then you could use my chars in them,

but I can require them to disappear from what was made after I got kicked.
