Or on a more mainstream note, possibly the Vision, though I don't know if he actually talks like that. You'd think one would have to be a little more smooth to win over the Scarlet Witch, after all. Or at least be her brother.

I did misread the post, to be honest, thinking that the robot and the hit were related, which may actually not be the case.

I'm thinking Vision myself. The only thing I could think of besides that is a Doombot and I doubt that.

Oh, and a Sentinal. But that makes little sense.

Person who sniffed and fled. Wolverine comes to mind. Who else has acute sense of smell and would be hunting people? Blade? Perhaps Sabretooth?

The man with the garrotte who killed V: I REALLY want to know who this is. Jonah Hex is the ONLY person I can think of who would wear such an outfit.

Unless, and this is a HUGE stretch because this isn't a comic book character at all, it's the Harbinger of Justice from the Dark Champions Universe. Dark Champions is vigilante-style roleplaying game that uses the HERO system. But that's highly unlikely.

Flash's death has no flavor text. This makes it impossible to determine possible roles of the mafia, assuming of course that Flash is the mob hit.

EDIT- Also, I'm guessing Moogle is bulletproof.

Well, I have books that are veritible encyclopedias of DC and Marvel.

Problem is, I'll be offline when I have access to them (for a while, too).

Indies and webcomic characters (Like V, the Sin City people, Dr McNinja, etc) are another story.

I'm thinking maybe V's killer might be one of those, because like I said the only person I could think of that remotely matched the description was Jonah Hex, and he wasn't one to use a garrote (which is the only basis for the Harbinger of Justice theory, as while he doesn't specifically have a garrotte he is willing to get his hands dirty. He's basically the Punisher of Dark Champions).

So until we get a better idea of who V's killer is, I'm assuming he's a vigilante of some sort, probably not bulletproof.

As Moogle basically just claimed bulletproof, and there's obviously no way to prove him wrong, we'll assume that it's not some weird bodyguard/vigilante hybrid. Yet.

EDIT- Note that Moogle WAS stabbed, but didn't die from the wound. Granted it usually takes more than stabbage to kill a super, but this hints at renegeneration power. Don't think he's Wolverine or Deadpool as what they would say to V would make it obvious. (As Wolverine would have said 'bub', and Deadpool is too insane to even TRY to act like a normal human)

This bit sounds kinda like wonderwoman roleblocked the flying robot guy. Why we would be told that I don't know, and the robot figure flys off anyway so they might have carried on their night actions after this. I'm just really struggling to understand why that bit was in the nightpost.

I don't know, something about him saying 'yeah but I can be lynched' didn't sit well with me.

I got nothing concrete to go on, though, which is why I'm not voting or even FOSing.
