Well, server clock is [[supposedly]] set to EST, but I'm not sure if DST is currently enabled/in action on the server itself, so I'll check into it later tonight. For now, my car is a shithole, and I aim to take steps to rectify.

Messed around with time settings. May not take place until a reboot...but it should be set properly now. System clock for whatever reason was set an hour ahead. Derp.

I just had something wrong happen which I think has something to with it. I'll post it anyway in case you guys should know.

I just responded to this thread a few minutes ago with this post. You'll noticed It's about an hour earlier, because I was set at -6 when I should have been at -5, due to Daylights Saving. I've changed the settings already, and it seems to be fine now, but I'll keep that post as it is so you see what I'm talking about.

I was wondering what the hell was wrong with the threads lately. Changing my time settings in my forum CP should fix it right?

Minor bug due to the server time being changed. It'll clear up once the hour is up (there's like 20 minutes left). The posts'll still be out of order (since it goes by when they where posted according to the server time) but oh well.

I gathered as much, but just the same, in case someone else is having trouble setting their time and I thought they should know even though I could "fix it" in the end.

Clearly the unicode stuff is still being a problem so I will probably have to update the webserver in its entirety so I can be sure I have access to all the necessary locale commands and suchlike.
