I figured routes in different regions had the same numbers. Pain in the ass. I'll just edit the post and give it an actual name. Fuck numbers. I think if you're going to create a route, at least come up with a name or something to...uhhh...give it so zazz, I guess.

Sootopolis Sea Ring. There, I did it. Didn't take me but maybe ten seconds to come up with it.

That's the way I feel it should be.

I mean, suppose you've been to Route 126 once or twice, but, because every fucking route from somewhere to somewhere else is a dumbass number, the only way you'd know that Route 126 is that seawatery area around Sootopolis City is either if you're really good at remembering that shit (doubtful) or if you have a map function on your Pokedex.

Now, thanks to the Pokedex, the game creators really didn't need to give the routes actual names because if you need to know where Route 126 is, fuck, just open the Pokedex and move the cursor around until you find it, but if the route has a name that helps you know where the hell it is just by its obvious and simple name...

Violet: "Hey, Pierce, I'll blow you if you can tell me how to get to Route 126."
Pierce: "But I left my Pokedex in my other pants. Does it have any other name?"
Violet: "I think they also call it the Sootopolis Sea Ring."
Pierce: "Oh, that ring of seawater that surrounds Sootopolis City? Man, what a crappy name, but it sure helps because I know where it is without needing my fuckin' 'dex. Sure, let's go there right away."

It is a weird name, however, it does make a tiny bit of sense. The town is situated inside a hollowed out mountain (perhaps a dead volcano?) where the roof is open. The mountain is basically one big chimney, hence Soot-opolis.

Yeah, Violet definately seems to be joining Lola among the female NPCs whose behaviors is drastically diffferent between omakes and canon. :3 (Of course assuming that Violet isn't REALLY that easy/desperate/horny in canon.)
