But after thinking about it, I'm going to UNVOTE : NIN and VOTE : GRTH since it appears (to me, at least) the only reason he started posting again was to avoid being dropped, and used a fairly common excuse to avoid suspicion after he voted for ODWTF.

Random voting at least isn't spam. It accomplishes something, that is, it gets the game moving.

Second of all, there are plenty of people to vote for instead of randomly picking.

Third, someone set a deadline already.
