The Felt are dropping like flies right now... how were they ever adversaries to the Midnight Crew?

Also, it sounds more and more as if Lord English is none other than Ultima's Lord British.

Also, we're coming in at the end of the Midnight Crew's story, which means that our beloved antiheroes have likely leveled up considerably during the course of their tale, while I guess the Felt haven't so much.
