From her the limited perspective of her personal knowledge, Gamzee's a cool clown who's just wearing Nepeta and Equius' clothes for a random reason, and she and Vriska probably showed up to stop Eridan from his mad quest of genocide, because Eridan is clearly the only troll up to crazy shit.

...Unless she can suddenly read minds or something.

Also, maybe Gamzee's the bigger threat? Or maybe she's just really pissed that he's wearing tropies from Nepeta and Equius.

You kinda don't know that he's doing that.

I mean, Kanaya's been going through the lab. It's perfectly possible that she found Equius' and Nepeta's corpses. Lo and behold, Gamzee's wearing their attire. She realizes that he's in Bard of Rage mode (I mean, they all saw him enter it during the battle, I'd assume that they all know what he's capable of). She identifies him as the biggest threat.

No.

She does not sparkle. It's a steady amount of light instead of twinkles. Glowing would even be an understatement for the light coming from her.
