It's done, with two conditions: Naqel, if you post in this or any subsequent Digital Odyssey thread I will introduce Hidemon and Hashashiyyimon, two of my own parodic and protected fair use characters, into the narrative, almost purely out of spite. Second, if anyone mentions Naqel, or responds to anything he says from this point on, I will sit your Digimon out of fighting this chapter.

By my research, Hex, rapter2000, and Lunaknight haven't posted yet in the most recent chapter (to be complete, Teal Mage hasn't either but that was notified beforehand).

Um, no offense, but we can talk about whoever we want and we shouldn't have to face any repercussions, it's free speech and all that. Also, you were the one that was frankly dragging this whole fight out by not dropping the matter all together and fighting about it. Frankly, I'm annoyed enough with this, so I'm calling in a mod and he'll straiten this out.

Introducing mean-spirited parodies of someone else's characters because they behaved in a manner you don't like is bashing/flaming. Furthermore, you're not in a position to just start kicking people out because they talk about something you don't like. There's executing proper GM judgment and then there's overstepping your bounds. What you're threatening is the latter.

Anyway, Naqel, in the future it would be best to simply discuss the matter in a civil manner and perhaps contact a mod (this also goes for you, Lumen), to intervene and make an appropriate ruling rather than having a big overdramatic "I'ma delete mah posts" fest. Just a heads up.

However, as an addendum--Lumen, you are the GM. You are not however a mod. This means that you can tell people not to talk about things, and you can control the game world.

What you can not do is punish people for how they act on the board. You can, however, PM me, and I'm on every day, and will take care of things for you.

In this case I would have sided with you... and you don't have to worry about Nagel for awhile.

However, the manner in which you have attempted to enforce your decisions in your latest post (as quoted by POS) leaves me no choice but to formally warn you for back seat modding.

Which leads me to, Naqel--and this will be PM'd to you as well, for you to read when you get back from your full forum banning.

We do not tolerate the behavior you have exhibited here on any aspect of the forums. You have acted childish, snobbish, insulting, arrogant, and flat out stubborn. If you can not behave in a mature manner, we do not need you on these forums.

As such, you will not be on these forums for five days.

Upon your return you shall not be in the RP forum for a period of another five days, and after that you will be in the super special group for people who don't know how to RP and or play nice with others for a minimum of two months. This means that every post you make here or in any RPs will have to be ok'd by me.

Further, all of your posts have been undeleted, and you will no longer have the authority to delete your own posts until such a time as I take you off probation.

That's fair. Mostly I was trying to convey a sense of "If I have to fucking go through all of this trouble to please Naqel, I don't want this shit stirred up again because somebody decided to egg on/acknowledge him."

In retrospect, I probably should have just posted that, but what're ya gonna do. I was still pleased that I hadn't gone with my first plan, which was to edit out Stealthmon's name with Hidemon and pretend like he never existed. Of course, I mellowed out somewhat while drawing the picture.

EDIT: Also, Naqel wrote me a PM saying he was sorry for the rabble, and to extend it to all of you, so that's something.

you still have'nt commented on skullmeramon. he needs to pop up every once in a while to save our asses, and say cool things. He could be the representation of the GM, if need be, showing up to direct the plot when it is'nt going as planned or not progressing.
